This is a recipe where I was introduced to “pea protein”. Take 1 cup diced fresh papaya, 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches (much better with fresh peaches), ½ cups orange juice, and 2 Tabs. Pea protein.
In a blender, puree all ingredients. Sweeten to taste with honey. Pea Protein can be purchased at Sprouts or Whole Foods. Woman’s World, 2015
